Green Olive Hummus


- Half a jar of green olives, perilously close to being trashed
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 can of Garbano beans, drained and rinsed
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste

Blend it all in the mixer.

Simply delicious.
